How to include document of record skill in Oracle digital assistant
We have below business requirment to configure in ODA, would require your advice in achieving it.
1) Will Digital assistant enable a user to request for a document of record and as a response can bot provide with requested DOR's attachement.
2) Can we use a document to feed in as the data source for DA and can DA understand it and respond us according to the question raised (Intention is to eliminate the concept of loading intents and utterances).
