How to setup Supply Allocation for Sales Orders based on Customers

We have a requirement to setup Supply Allocation for Sales Orders based on Customers

We have business scenario, where we would not like to exhaust the inventory based on any of the incoming order. We would like to allocate the onhand based on Customers.

For Example

Onhand - 100 Qty

Customer # 1 - Orders 100 Qty, but Allocation is is only 20 - So, at Picking only 20 Qty will be picked

Customer # 2 - Orders 100 Qty, but Allocation is is only 70 - So, at Picking only 70 Qty will be picked

Remaining 10 qty will be available for future orders based on similar allocation
