In Dispatch Console Map, FA is showing a crossed location icon. What does it mean?

Hi.

Our field rep is using the dispatch console map so that they can easily see and access how the activities will be orderly scheduled and routed based on their addresses and time. Usually, we would see the letter symbol alphabetically. However, there is one scheduled activity where it doesn't have a letter and its location icon is crossed out. What does it mean? Though we are using Oracle Map, when I searched the address in Google Map, it can be searched successfully.

See the yellow highlighted one in my screenshot where the green icon doesn't have a letter and a crossed out location icon but yet, it was scheduled and routed chronologically. Note that I masked out addresses for confidentiality-reason.
