Summary:

Expense Report is not appearing in BPM Worklist after clicking the link "Workspace Application" from email notification. We ran this scheduled process together with Synchronize Transaction Workflow Status and somehow it resolved this issue.

Please advise the difference of Synchronize Transaction Workflow Status and Synchronize Approvals for Search.

Also, what is the recommended schedule frequency for these 2 ESS jobs.

Additionally, this issue only occurred after the 23D upgrade and both of these ESS were not used before. Are there any changes from 23D for the BPM Worklist?
