Summary:

When I sign in to the Oracle Cloud web console today, because the password may have expired, I am prompted to change the password. However, the two-step verification prompts me to scan the code with the app or use the bypass code. I recently changed my mobile phone. I need to add the account to the app again. Therefore, I cannot receive notifications or scan the code on the app. I do not think I have ever set up a bypass code. What should I do?
