Unable to find data model for Supplier Contact User Account for Global Partners was Inactivated

Hi Team,

Production issue & requirement.

I am unable to find the path for email template (FYI: Supplier Contact User Account for Global Partners LP was Inactivated).

When Supplier Spend Authorization Requests is rejected, system triggers email notification to users mentioning its inactivated.

We are looking for to change email template information, hence requesting you to share me the path of data model to change our requirement.
