Is it possible to build a Hierarchy FF that does not look at the assignment details of each employee?
Currently we are using a hierarchy FF and AORs but this is not meeting our requirements.

We would like to build a hierarchy FF that takes the HR that is responsible for each level of the Organization Tree, regardless of that HR's assignment.
Take the following scenario as an example:
Org Tree
---> Level 1: HR & IT Europe (HR: Brian)
------> Level 2: IT Europe (HR: Rox)
---------> Level 3: IT Operations Europe
------> Level 2: Business CoE (HR: Candace)
