Looking for a way to enable the 'Create Contract' button without creating dummy transactions on prod

Hello,

We need to enable "Create Contract" button on Negotiation page through sandbox. But for that we need RFQ to be created and should be awarded to land on the page to do the customization.

As we cannot create a transaction in Production environment to enable this button. Also we have enabled the opt in "Create Supplier Contracts from Negotiation Award"

Kindly let us know how this can be achieved without creating a transaction.
