Upload parts to the catalog

Summary:

Issue: language

have added language as english in my put request, getting response as success but still..not accesible due to language issue.

Also want to understand if parts catalog will contain all spares that technician have with them? because our requirement is like some spare meters to the emergency repair vehicles will be allocated for performing replacement without raising spare requisition for each repair case. spares will be associated with the work orders, and the work orders’ details will be dispatched to repair crew in OFS.

 Just wanted to understand how OFS will support it? with all features like tracking, balancing, notifications,request, return to warehouse etc
