Does Oracle Fusion contain a flag for Apprentices?

We are looking to have a flag to indicate that an employee is an Apprentice and I wondered if there is a standard flag in Oracle Fusion?

I've seen in the Subject Area Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time 2 fields: -

  • Apprentice Details
  • Apprentice Details (Description)

But where would these fields be populated and are there any other fields that we could report on in OTBI?
