Groovy to access a file in Inbox/Outbox explorer

Summary:

Is there a way to access a CSV (precisely a metadata file) present Inbox/Outbox explorer using groovy? Intention is to Automate Metadata across apps

Am able to move the metadata ZIP and Unzip across instances and now want to achieve removal /addition/movement of members across intended apps for dimensions which are not common and want to alter & import metadata file/files as per need.
