How to Set Up Integrations from Workday to Oracle EPM Cloud

Summary:

We are trying to figure out how to set up an integration from Workday Financial Management to Oracle EPM Cloud. My only search result is to use Oracle Integration 2/3. I am not sure if this is a separate webpage from Oracle EPM Cloud, or if it's a module that I need to turn on. Can anyone provide insight on how to properly do this?
