selective blind recruitment

Summary:

My client has a business process for selective blind screening- meaning, they want certain candidate selection processes to have blind Hiring Manager screening phase while for other CSPs, Hiring Managers can see all information about the candidate when they get to the Hiring Manager screening.

I am able to mask data in the grid view using EL expressions, however the same EL expression doesn't work for candidate details profile sections.

In the blind recruiting white paper, it is suggested that we create a custom role and strip certain privileges and reference this role in EL expressions for blind screening. However, my concern is- we want hiring managers to see all of the candidate information on other CSPs. The solution to use custom stripped down role may not work for this client's requirement.
