The hiring team is unable to receive reply messages from candidates in two-way communication

Summary:

We are not able to receive the reply email messages from candidates in two-way communication.

The recruiter initially sent an email to the candidate using two-way communication; however, upon the candidate's response to the email, the recruiter encountered difficulty in receiving the message, which was expected to be accessible  Messages tab is available in candidate job applications. Below we attached a screenshot for reference.
