How to create Talent Profile for the employees don't have Profile Code?

Hi,

In the Production, all of the existing employee records are created with HDL. Now when I check the Profile Code's, the only returning records are below :

But in the system, there are more employees than this list.

How can we create Talent Profiles in bulk for the remaining records?
