FLSA Calculation for Certain Non Exempt Jobs

We have a requirement for doing FLSA calculation for only certain specific non-exempt jobs.

Lets say there are 10 non exempt jobs, but we want to have FLSA calculation only for employees under 3 of those jobs.

Besides the override on employee payroll relationship.

Is there any other solution for this requirement?
