Total Compensation Statement - Logo Problem

Summary:

Hi,

We have a weird issue. When I ( System administrator) generate a total compensation statement, I see the logo on the document. However, when our Compensation Admin generates that same statement and views it, the Logo is not there. What security or setting are we missing on our Comp Admin that I have?

Note: it works fine in our Dev environments, which makes me believe there is some setting in OTBI that we need to update.
