Summary: Workforce Management - Workforce Trends Real Time - metrics calculation

We are using the Workforce Management - Workforce Trends Real Time subject area for trending and analysis metrics, but I have run into some limitations. I'm looking for to include the Action Code in order to add additional statuses for the new trending metrics calculation, such as Involuntary Termination, Retirement and other calculations.

Does anyone know where I may locate documentation & references for Workforce Management - Workforce Trends Real Time subject area -> 'Workforce Trend' Metrics calculation?
