ORC (Recruiter's) Menu Disappeared?

Summary:

Since the beginning of this week, one of our recruiters has had the left-hand menu disappear from Oracle Recruiting. Screenshots below show what she is seeing in Production and what she should see (and does) in a non-Prod pod. She has cleared her browser's (Edge) cache, shut down her computer entirely, etc.

We did upgrade to 23D on Friday, Jan 19, but the timing of her menu issues does not (quite) coincide. No one else is reporting the problem, nor can we replicate the error.

Has anyone seen this before / know how to fix?
