Checklist Letter

We have configured a letter through checklist task and same will be store in DOR after acknowledging, employee has to generate the letter then acknowledge it then the letter will store in DOR.

Questions

  1. Can it possible to make BI or OTBI report for employees who generated the letter but didn't acknowledge it ?

Please help there to check the feasibility of the same.
