Create Accounting Execution Report - OUTPUT not able to view the output submitted by another user

User's not able to see the Create Accounting Execution Report from the ESS job set but the OUTPUT (report itself) is unavailable and and submitted by another user.

User not able to see the Create Accounting Report from the ESS job set but the OUTPUT (report itself) is unavailable. What am I missing to give the ability to have the output visible?.
