I cant receive the reset password email. My email is [email protected]

When I try to register with this email, I get a prompt:

This email address is already assigned to an Oracle Cloud account

Click here and we'll send you an email with your account details

When I clicked the link, the email I received showed:

There are no Oracle Cloud accounts associated with the e-mail address [email protected].

Please tell me what to do?
