Contact Information Passed through Syndicated Widget

We have a syndicated widget for chat that currently is creating all incoming chats as anonymous because we don't want to ask any questions before initiating the chat.

  • The customer has to be logged into the site to access the chat widget
  • We want to pass the customer email through to the syndicated chat
  • This way the chats are NOT anonymous

How can we do this?  Create a custom widget?  Is there another way?

Any help would greatly appreciated...
