IFRS CETR regional column not populating

Summary:

When viewing the IFRS ETR form, the regional column is not populating. Therefore, the total tax position is simply the national position. I have checked IFRS consolidated tax rate data has been entered and re-run a number of consolidations.

However, the column remains unpopulated and therefore does not reconcile to the total tax position (regional and national) for the entity.

Are there any additional instructions to ensure the IFRS ETR form populates correctly. The steps in the user guide have been followed.
