How to add a saved search view to My Help (employee view) - Next Gen
Summary:
We have a requirement to hide the help desk requests that are created using OIA forms from employee view, until relevant Subject, category, queue, status, severity, etc are added to the help desk request. The saved searches that we are setting for roles in Agent view does not seem to have any effect on the My Help - employee view. Can this be accomplished?
