Custom calculation value definition attached to UK Pensions card is retrieving only default value

Summary:

We have a custom calculation value definition which is attached to a Benefits & Pensions calculation card. Following steps were done:

1.Create a new Custom Calculation value definition of type Text say Pension Contribution After Tax Flag which accepts either Yes or No

2.Associated the custom Calculation value definition to Benefits & Pension Card.

3.Created a new Payroll calculation value information.

4.Create a new calculation factor against the Pension calculator element.

When referred in the fast formula of Pensions calculator formula using below code, it is getting identified. However the value entered from the B&P Card associated against the employee is not getting passed to the formula.It refers to the default value set at the calculation value definition.
