Skills section in the requisition creation page should be reportable

Summary:

The ask was for Recruiting Managers to have dedicated field to enter the top skills of a requisition they create and those should be reportable. We are using the Skills section in the requisition creation page to serve the purpose.

Mentioned below is the Skills section I am referring to and this should be reportable but I am unable to find the subject area in the OTBI, please suggest
