Unable to find the change details been made on the maintenance meter template

Hello Everyone,

In line with the raised question, we need to have the information on change been made on the various meter template, which we dont have it on either on the front end or nor on the OTBI. Apart from this, we dont have the information on Audit Trail report. Can someone please let me know where we can be able to check this change details on the meter template.
