How to show prompt or show warning to or prevent user from entering cust site addr line1 > 70 char

We want to know that how can we prompt or show warning to or prevent user from entering address line1 greater than 70 characters for customer site as in OMS -WMS based system Order Managment System can accept greater length for address Line 1,2,34 for Customer Site but Warehouse management can accept only 70 characters for address line1 and 100 characters for address line 2,3,4 for customer site address which is used to create labels to ship orders to location and is causing issues. Please advise how to prompt or restrict user while entering in customer site form in Oracle fusion
