Hi Community,

Does anybody know how long the chat transcripts are retained in Oracle Service Cloud? As long as there is an active subscription? In some industries it is a regulatory requirement to keep the chat transcripts available for 20 years.

Are there any out-of-the-box reports available to extract and archive locally the chat transcripts (e.g. on a quarter basis, or bi-yearly)?
