Retro entry is not working

edited Feb 6, 2024 8:18AM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 2 comments

Summary:

Retroactive pay is not working when updating the Contract

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We updated the seeded retro event group by adding the below:

we have 1 element, reading the amount from the contract screen (Contract DFF) then pay it, we have calculated the payroll for Dec2023, and Jan24, then updated the contract DFF and provided an amount in the Contract DFF. Then we run the "Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive changes" process but there the retro element is not be created in this case which is not expected.

Can someone advise what could be the reason.

Howdy, Stranger!
