While an employee is trying to apply for a temporary assignment/secondment, after the job offer is accepted, the process is stuck in HR, Pending Manual Processing. I have run the complete recruiting process, yet no result and cannot see the record in HR.

HR Specialist has full access to all requisitions, job offers, etc.
