Pipeline Requisitions should not have an Action as Fill job requisition. Only standard requisitions created based on Pipeline can be marked as Filled

We have a requirement where the Pipeline Requisitions should not be marked as Filled by the Recruiters. Please find my points as below

  1. Restricting Fill Job Requisition via privileges is currently not feasible. We checked the privileges, roles in the Recruiter and the Recruiting Admin roles, but couldnt find any.
  2. Conditionally hiding Fill Job Requisition via Page Composer/Design Studio using Requisition type as Pipeline. Is this option feasible?
