How to make Boolean field value as Yes/NO instead of On/Off

In opportunity we have Boolean fields e.g Request cost and Cost Completed from below picture.

There are some scenario or conditions where those fields become readonly. As we are seeing in picture Cost completed is readonly field and it is showing as On/Off value.

In our use case it should be Cost Completed - Yes/No. Same with request cost. Is there any way we can achieve this?
