Known Issue: 24.01.02 Helpdesk Search Knowledge Article Intent "See Summary" Not Working

When the user clicks "View Summary", an indefinite loop occurs, resulting in the display of the same search results. Additionally, the expected "View Full Article" and "Create Request" buttons are not rendering in the response.
