Oracle Recruiting Cloud - America Legislative requirements - Diversity Questions

Can anyone advise how they have adopted the diversity questions in the careers site? Our current setup combines this within the application information (address, resume), but we require greater than 4 pages to be legally compliant? Does anyone know if the design can expand beyond 4 pages.
