To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Autocomplete Error does not appear when user submits no changes to existing phone number
Summary:
We have implemented an autocomplete to require a certain length of numbers in the number field for phone numbers for certain countries.
If the user has an existing phone number that is less than or greater than the condition set in the autocomplete already committed on the record, and selects edit but does not change anything and continues to submit, the autocomplete does not appear/stop the submission.
Is this experience expected in general for this type of autocomplete since the user did not make changes to the prior committed data? Is there a way for the autocomplete to trigger in this scenario?
