Duplication of spare parts needs warning from the system in work order

Hi Team

We have a requirement that,in response to a request from users, the system should be notified if the same spare part or operation is repeated or duplicated for the same asset that has a time frame.

Example: A battery has a one-year lifespan; therefore, the system should notify us when we need to change it. Similarly, other operations are expected to be informed.
