Business Unit descriptive flexfield.

I would thank any help with the following.

I would like to create a descriptive flexfield for Business Units.

I assume this could be the one, but not sure:

The problem is that is read only , I cannot modify.

Any idea how to create a descriptive flexfield for BU's.
