OPM hub login fails

When trying to retrieve projects from the OIA Hub repository, I need to login to the Hub using SSO through IDCS. When I click the button to sign on nothing happens, but after a few seconds - this also happens when I don't click the button - a modular is shown with an Oracle message about the cookie preferences of the site.

I have no trouble signing in via a browser (Edge). All other functionality works. I can download a project and open it in OPM, but it's not connected to the Hub.
