Compensation change statements generate symbols inside the statement with question mark "?"
Hello,
We are facing an issue regarding the generation of compensation change statements. To be more specific, all the compensation statements that have a symbol inside the text will not be shown properly after the printing of the statement. Instead, they all appear with the symbol of the question mark. The thing is that we have been using similar rtf files that contain symbols all the previous years and we have never faced this kind of problem. When previewing the rtf files in manage templates, the symbols appear correctly, but when printing the statement for any employee, the symbols are replaced
