How to remove "Create Call Report" from Actions List under Activitites in Workspace

We don't use this option and would like to remove it from the list.

I have had a looked in Configure Adaptive Search but couldn't find anything there and in Smart Actions (Application Composer) i have set Enabled to No but it has not worked.

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable): 23D (11.13.23.10.0)
