is there an overtime exemption field for requisitions and offers in Oracle Recruit?

Summary: Is there an overtime exemption field in Oracle recruiting that can be activated for requisitions and offers? I've been through the pages in HCM design Studio and do not see any fields available to make visible for either offers or requisitions (including edit, view and create pages). 

I can see multiple customer connect questions referencing an overtime status field but not sure where in the system to activate. I can see that there is an overtime status field associated to the job codes used for requisitions (in the LDG fields). I am just unable to locate the field to activate it.
