To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

Talent Review Potential Assessment - Third Party integration
Summary:
We have a case where our Managers have to be assessed by the board of directors and we have cases where we need board members who are not part of the Organization Structure to be part of the Talent Review Meeting to assess the employees. With this said, the board member have this external system where they perform the assessment and enter their assessments. Before Talent Review meeting is conducted we need these assessment to be made available to be part of the "Prepare Review Content" for the review to check and use in the Talent Review meeting.
