How to get the action reason from the Enterprise Hire Date?

I'd like to get the Action Reason based on employee's Enterprise Hire Date. However, when I'm about to add the Action Reason column within the analysis, the value didn't match on the Action Reason logged from the Enterprise Hire Date.

The requirement is to pull the Action Reason where Enterprise Hire Date = Action Reason Start Date. How would I do that in OTBI?

Sample: I should get the 'Hire' Action and 'Hire to fill vacant position' Action Reason not the 'Assignment Change.
