How to add a new stage for journal approval in the BPM worklist and How to enable the Go To Rule icon

We have specific business requirements for different levels of approval.

First Stage --> Once journal line segment 1 = 078, it has to go to the approval group = TEST1, Once 078 is approved, 

The approval workflow has to go to

Second Stage--> second line segment 1 "064" to a different approval group = TEST2. 

finally approved, the journal entry is approved.
