Managed SSH Session using Bastion fails in OCI

Summary:

I am trying to create a Managed SSH session using the Bastion service in OCI. Have followed the Bastion Lab to the 'T'. Have created a Bastion, created a compute in private subnet and enabled Bastion plugin in the instance. Next, created a Managed session in the Bastion with OCI generated keys. Next, uploaded the key in Cloud shell and tried to connect using the command copied from Managed session.

See below (have masked the private IP of the compute & added masking chars in the session ocid). Wonder why it is failing and no idea from where

147.154.235.219 comes in the error message

Howdy, Stranger!
