Store signature in cloud (employee DOR or somewhere) to be used in the report

Summary:

In EBS we used to be able to store the employee signature in the DOR, then we used the image in the PDF reports (like tax certification). We wanted to do the same in HCM Cloud since the signatory is a parameter in the report. There could be several signatories so we cannot just embed the signature in the the RTF. Has anyone done this? Any ideas?
