VBCS activation

Summary:

Can someone please guide me to review and enable the setups on how to activate and subscribe (if not already) to VBCS in Fusion from the setup and maintenance area? or if there is any existing documentation on checking and activating the feature, please share, since I cannot see the same either on the configuration menu in the navigator (hamburger button) or on the springboard. I have attached a sample screenshot to help clarify the exact query.
