Customer Import FBDI not updating Collaboration Messaging configurations

Summary:

We would like to Mass update Customer Account Profiles to enable the required fields for using CMK (Collaboration Messaging) for:

Preferred Delivery Method: XML

Enable for XML Invoicing: Invoice, Debit memo, Chargeback, Credit memo

And also at the same time create this customer as a Trading PartnerID & associate it to the Service Provider but this part in Collaboration Messaging is not working consistantly. I have an SR open but not yet had a response and its been a few days.

The Customer Import template has been working fine to mass update the Customer Account Profiles using HZ_IMP_ACCOUNTS_T & RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INT_ALL but none of the Collaboration Messaging updates have worked.
